Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not barred from using the service under any law that applies to you. The service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account.

The Service

We provide AI-powered tools that let you swap faces in photos, GIFs and videos and enhance or upscale images. You upload your own source media and a target face (or an image to enhance), and our AI generates a result. Processing is performed in the cloud, including by trusted third-party AI providers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Credits, Payment and Billing

• The service runs on credits. Generating a result consumes credits; the cost is shown before you submit.
• You may receive free credits (for example, through daily check-ins or promotions). Free credits carry no cash value, may expire or change, and may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time.
• Purchased credits are sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions — you are never billed on a recurring basis — and purchased credits never expire.
• If a generation fails, the credits for that task are automatically returned to your balance, so you are only charged for successful results.
• Except for the automatic return of failed-task credits, all purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are added to your account.
• Digital content — immediate performance. By purchasing and using credits, you ask us to begin providing the digital service immediately and you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period once a generation has started.

AI-Generated Results — No Guarantee of Satisfaction

Results are produced by AI and are inherently variable. Quality depends on your inputs (resolution, lighting, angle, clarity, file size and more). We do not guarantee that any result will fully meet your expectations or be free of artifacts — no current AI face swap or image-enhancement technology can guarantee a perfect result every time. Because credits are only consumed by successful generations, you control how many credits you spend trying.

Your Content and the Rights You Grant Us

You keep ownership of the media you upload and the results you generate ("your content"). We do not claim ownership of it.

To operate the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content — including sending it to the third-party AI providers that perform the swap or enhancement — solely to provide the service to you and as needed for security, backup and legal compliance. This license ends when your content is removed from the active service, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law for a limited period.

Consent and Rights in the People You Upload

Face swapping involves the likeness of real people. You are solely responsible for your content, and by using the service you represent and warrant that, for every image, GIF or video you upload or create:

• you have all necessary rights, permissions and licenses; and
• you have obtained the explicit consent of every identifiable person whose face or likeness appears in your source media or target face, for that face to be used, swapped and processed by the service.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the service lawfully. You must not create, upload, generate, or share any content, or use the service in any way, that:

• Depicts or targets a real, identifiable person without their consent — including swapping someone's face without permission, or creating misleading "deepfake" media of them.
• Is sexual, nude, or intimate and depicts a real person without their explicit consent (non-consensual intimate imagery), or sexualizes any real individual against their will.
• Involves a minor. You may not swap, sexualize, or otherwise use the face or likeness of anyone under 18, and you may not create any sexual or exploitative content depicting a minor. Child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Impersonates any person or entity, or is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead — including fabricating statements, actions, or endorsements a person never made.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, bullies, or incites violence or hatred against any person or group.
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other right — including using a public figure's likeness for defamation or unauthorized commercial gain.
• Is otherwise illegal, or promotes illegal activity, in any jurisdiction that applies to you.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt or scrape the service, or circumvent usage limits or security measures.

You are responsible for how you use the results you create, and for complying with any law that requires AI-generated or altered media to be disclosed or labeled. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, and we may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

The service itself — its software, design, branding and original content — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

Copyright Complaints (Notice and Takedown)

If you believe content processed through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact address on our website that identifies the work and the allegedly infringing material and where it appears, gives your contact details, and includes a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We act on valid notices, including removing infringing material and terminating repeat infringers where appropriate.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right — including any claim brought by a person whose face or likeness you uploaded, swapped, or shared.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including licenses granted for backups, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — survive.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or that results will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for how you use the results you generate. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of residence or operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country or region give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply. Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
