Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, store and protect your data, including the media and faces you upload.

Last updated: 2026-07-01

Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, the choices you have, and how we keep the media you upload private when you use our AI face swap and image enhancement service. It applies to everyone who uses the service, and you must be at least 18 to use it.

Information We Collect

  1. Account Information — your name, email address and the details you provide when you create an account or sign in (including through a third-party sign-in provider).
  2. Media You Upload — the photos, GIFs and videos you upload (source media and target faces), and the results the AI generates for you. Because this is a face swap service, this media often contains images of human faces.
  3. Usage Data — how you interact with the service, such as features used, credits spent and generation history.
  4. Device and Log Information — device type, operating system, browser, IP address and similar data, used for compatibility, performance, security and fraud prevention.
  5. Cookies and Analytics — small data files and analytics tools used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the service is used.
  6. Payment Information — billing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Facial and Biometric Data

Our service processes images of faces so it can swap or enhance them. We want to be clear about how we treat this data:

  • We use facial images only to perform the operation you request (detecting faces so they can be swapped or enhanced). Any facial-analysis data created during processing is transient and used solely to generate your result.
  • We do not use your faces to identify or recognize individuals, to build a facial-recognition or surveillance database, or for advertising. We do not sell biometric or facial data.
  • Where the law treats facial data as biometric information or a special category of personal data (for example under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, or the EU/UK GDPR), we process it on the basis of your consent and to provide the service you asked for, and we retain it only as described in "Data Retention" below.
  • You can delete your uploaded faces and results at any time from your account.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate the service, including running your face swaps and image enhancements.
  • Process your credit purchases and send related confirmations.
  • Send technical notices, security alerts and support messages.
  • Respond to your questions and support requests.
  • Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, prohibited content and security issues.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

How Your Media Is Processed and Stored

The media you upload is stored on cloud object storage so the service can process and deliver your results. To generate a result, your media may be sent to trusted third-party AI providers that perform the face swap or image enhancement. We use these processors only to operate the service, under agreements that limit their use of your data.

Your Content Is Private to You

Unless you choose to share it, the media you upload and the results you generate are visible only to you, under your own account. We do not publish or display your content to other users. You can delete any upload or result at any time from your account; deleted files are removed from the active service, and unreferenced files are cleaned up.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

  • With service providers who help us operate the service — cloud storage, AI processing, authentication, analytics and payment — under agreements that limit their use of the data.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and to report unlawful content (such as child sexual abuse material) where required.
  • To protect our rights, property or safety, or that of our users or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process your data in countries other than the one where you live. When we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where the law requires, so that your data stays protected.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information, and we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where the law requires.

Data Retention

We keep your account data and uploaded media until you delete it or close your account. When you delete content or your account, we remove it from the active service promptly; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within a limited period (typically within 90 days). We do not retain facial data for longer than needed to provide the service and satisfy our legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

The service is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information and uploaded media, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can exercise most of these rights directly in your account settings, or by contacting us.

  • Legal bases (GDPR). Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (running the service), with your consent (including for facial data), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the service), and to comply with the law. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
  • US state rights (e.g. CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California or similar-state resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete and correct it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and analytics tools to understand and improve how the service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
